Meet Aria

Healer, Teacher, Founder

A young woman with shoulder-length blonde hair standing by a lake, wearing a colorful tank top with a lemon and leaf pattern, smiling with a background of calm water and lush green trees.

Originally from South Dakota, Aria moved to Vermont in 2019 to be a Farm to Table Sous Chef. She has transitioned (happily) from the restaurant “service” industry- to being of service for her community in a much deeper way. After learning and applying wellbeing practices to her own life for a decade- Aria completed the 800 hr | Massage Therapy Intensive Education Program at Arizona School for Integrative Studies in Tucson.

By combining her skills as a massage therapist, spiritual teacher, wellness guide, and group facilitator Aria has found a way to make a positive impact in the world of holistic health and wellness.

Across all her offerings, Aria is committed to holding a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. Her work is rooted in the belief that each person already carries the wisdom and capacity for peace — and that healing unfolds naturally when we pause, listen, and reconnect.

I am a teacher, healer, and artist here to create the foundation for a new way of believing, seeing, and being in the world that aligns with the truth of love and abundance. I do this by designing spaces, building communities, and integrating healing forgiveness with presence. I navigate my life with a comfortable elegance that emits grace, peace, and the care of an unconditionally loving parent.
