FAQ’s: Booking & Policies
How do I book a massage or session?All appointments are booked online at undefinedwellness.com/book-now. If you have difficulty scheduling, are looking for a service not currently listed, or need support covering the cost of a session, contact us at support@undefinedwellness.com.
Where is Undefined Wellness Located?We are located at 58 Bridge Street, Studio 5, White River Junction, VT 05001 — inside the Main Street Museum building. Enter through the glass double doors at the back of the building facing the parking lot.
What should I do when I arrive?Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for a brief intake with your practitioner. If you are late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time and the full session fee will be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?Please cancel or reschedule through Acuity Scheduling. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time and the full fee applies.
Is gratuity expected?Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, checks made out to Undefined Wellness, Venmo (@undefined333), and card payments online.
FAQ’s: Space Rentals

Private Studio: $25/hr, $125/half-day (5 hrs), $275/full-day (11 hrs). Community Room: $50/hr, $250/half-day, $500/full-day. Entire Space: $75/hr, $375/half-day, $825/full-day. Monthly memberships are available starting at $500/month (10 hrs/week). Linen rental for massage sessions is available for an additional $2/hr.

All rentals include a calming wellness-oriented environment, waiting area access, parking behind the Main Street Museum, restroom access, and a central downtown White River Junction location. The private studio includes a massage table as needed. The community room includes tables and chairs.

Yes. When not reserved for private events, the community room is available as a quiet co-working environment for remote workers, creatives, writers, and students for a suggested $5–10/day contribution.

Yes. Community members receive 20% off all space rentals.

What events does Undefined Wellness host?We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
What is Gather & Ground?Gather & Ground is a free weekly community meditation and conversation held on Sundays at 12:30pm at Undefined Wellness. All are welcome — no experience required.
What is the Life Undefined Skool community?Life Undefined is Undefined Wellness's online digital community for people doing inner work — exploring A Course in Miracles principles, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. The community includes a free tier with access to the Foundations of Truth course and a paid membership tier with live calls, deeper curriculum, and direct access to Aria. Join at skool.com.
Can I rent the space for my own event or workshop?Yes. The community room and entire space are available for private events, workshops, movement classes, sound baths, and community gatherings. See our Space page or contact us at support@undefinedwellness.com.
What is the Accessible Wellness Fund?The Accessible Wellness Fund (AWF) is a community-supported program that helps make wellness services financially accessible for people who may not otherwise afford them. $10 from every 1:1 session at Undefined Wellness is contributed to the fund. Support is generally limited to one supplemented service per person per month, based on availability.
