  • What types of massage does Undefined Wellness offer?

    We offer Swedish massage, deep tissue and injury rehabilitation massage, fascia release, and intuitive healing sessions. We also offer Spirit Speaks sessions (available in person or virtually). Add-ons include hot stones and cupping ($25 each).

  • How much does a massage cost at Undefined Wellness?

    Swedish massage, assisted stretching, and wellness coaching are $120/60 min and $160/90 min. Deep tissue, injury rehab, and fascia release are $140/60 min and $180/90 min. Intuitive healing sessions start at $160/90 min. Extended sessions (2.5 hr) are $300 for most services. A full-day intuitive healing experience is $750.

  • What is the difference between Swedish massage and deep tissue massage?

    Swedish massage uses long, smooth strokes and light-to-medium pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and calm the nervous system. Deep tissue and injury rehab massage targets specific areas of tension, strain, or imbalance using deeper pressure, targeted stretching, and slow intentional work — ideal for chronic pain, old injuries, or postural issues.

  • I'm not sure which service is right for me. What should I book?

    Book an Intuitive Healing Session. Aria will assess your needs and customize the session for you on the day of your appointment.

  • Does Undefined Wellness offer wellness coaching?

    Yes. Aria offers 1:1 wellness coaching in person or virtually using her signature framework, The 4 E's for Peace (Exploration, Expansion, Evolution, Expression). Sessions are $120/60 min, $160/90 min, or $300/2.5 hr. A 4-session package is recommended.

FAQ’s: Booking & Policies

How do I book a massage or session?

All appointments are booked online at undefinedwellness.com/book-now. If you have difficulty scheduling, are looking for a service not currently listed, or need support covering the cost of a session, contact us at support@undefinedwellness.com.

Where is Undefined Wellness Located?

We are located at 58 Bridge Street, Studio 5, White River Junction, VT 05001 — inside the Main Street Museum building. Enter through the glass double doors at the back of the building facing the parking lot.

What should I do when I arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for a brief intake with your practitioner. If you are late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time and the full session fee will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule through Acuity Scheduling. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time and the full fee applies.

Is gratuity expected?

Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks made out to Undefined Wellness, Venmo (@undefined333), and card payments online.

FAQ’s: Space Rentals

  • Private Studio: $25/hr, $125/half-day (5 hrs), $275/full-day (11 hrs). Community Room: $50/hr, $250/half-day, $500/full-day. Entire Space: $75/hr, $375/half-day, $825/full-day. Monthly memberships are available starting at $500/month (10 hrs/week). Linen rental for massage sessions is available for an additional $2/hr.

  • All rentals include a calming wellness-oriented environment, waiting area access, parking behind the Main Street Museum, restroom access, and a central downtown White River Junction location. The private studio includes a massage table as needed. The community room includes tables and chairs.

  • Yes. When not reserved for private events, the community room is available as a quiet co-working environment for remote workers, creatives, writers, and students for a suggested $5–10/day contribution.

  • Yes. Community members receive 20% off all space rentals.

  • Space rentals are booked through undefinedwellness.com/book-now. For recurring or monthly arrangements, contact us at support@undefinedwellness.com.

What events does Undefined Wellness host?

What is Gather & Ground?

Gather & Ground is a free weekly community meditation and conversation held on Sundays at 6:30 pm at Undefined Wellness. All are welcome — no experience required.

Can I rent the space for my own event or workshop?

Yes. The community room and entire space are available for private events, workshops, movement classes, sound baths, and community gatherings. See our Space page or contact us at support@undefinedwellness.com.
