  • I started getting massages from Aria at Undefined Wellness over a year ago. I assumed it would be like any other professional massage I had gotten in the past but it was so much more. Aria listens to what areas are bothering you and then does a deep investigation as to the WHY. With her help, I learned that a major source of my lower back pain was coming from bad posture. She helped me correct that posture which has eased my back pain substantially. Her energy is so calming and healing which passes through in her massage.   • Aria is a very skilled practitioner who has an in depth knowledge and understanding of massage therapy as well as creating a space that is peaceful and restorative. Aria is welcoming and thoughtful, always considering and anticipating needs and open to accommodating her clients for the best possible treatment. Aria is able to be careful as needed while being able to release knots and tension to relieve pain and maintain conditioning.
