“‘Life Undefined’ is a philosophy I pondered up years ago, born out of awareness, infinite potential, and navigating change. “Undefined” really represents that true essence in ourselves and others which can’t be put into words. The love, light, life force energy or chi, tao, however you say it… it can not be defined by a body, by a personality, by a job or a family. No matter how hard we try- our spirit, our creative power, our ability to extend love, who we truly are- can’t be put into words. We are constantly evolving, shifting and aligning our perspectives and perceptions, learning and applying what we learn. If we do try to define ourselves, it never seems to stick...

By incorporating moments of settling into that “undefinable” nature within ourselves, we allow space for wonder, presence, and miracles to come in to our lives. These moments lack expectation and are overflowing with openness. Phrases like, “I’m so curious,” “Let’s see what happens,” and “I wonder…” are perfect prompts.

When we allow this openness and curiosity into our lives, we are making SPACE. This spaciousness is what we are then able to grow into. 

It occurred to me that I could apply these same principles to my private practice.

Ensuring that I was holding space for others to be their undefinable selves. To connect with their true essence, and to ensure financial accessibility so no one is left behind.

In many ways, it’s important that the business itself remains undefined, we are able to adapt and fluctuate with the needs of our community, our team, and our world.
