Group Meditation

This is a great introduction to mindfulness and meditation with an easy- going group of people. This group does not associate itself with any specific religion.

Together we will explore many different types of meditation like body-scanning, silent meditation, loving-kindness, visualization, breath awareness, etc. Typically Aria will lead a brief guided intro, followed by some sitting quietly, then we can share some tea!

This group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm
