Your first session includes a conversation about the injury or issue you're working with, so the work can be targeted accurately. Sessions combine deep tissue technique with assisted stretching where helpful. Same private studio and consistent setup as every session at Undefined Wellness.

Deep Tissue / Injury Rehabilitation Massage : $140/hour, $180/90 min, $240/2 hour

Do you work with clients who are also seeing a physical therapist? Yes — this work is often most effective alongside PT or chiropractic care, not instead of it.
What should I tell you before the session? Anything about the injury's history, what makes it better or worse, and any restrictions from a doctor or PT.
Is this covered by insurance? Not directly — Undefined Wellness does not bill insurance. Ask your provider whether massage therapy is reimbursable under your plan.

58 Bridge Street, Studio 5, White River Junction, VT 05001.
The entrance is at the back of the building, through the glass double doors facing the parking lot. There is parking available directly behind the Main Street Museum.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for a brief intake with your practitioner.
