  • Fascia Release is slow and sustained — holding gentle, direct pressure to allow the tissue to release gradually, rather than active kneading. The session is held in the same private, consistent studio space as every Undefined Wellness session.

  • Is this the same as deep tissue? Related but distinct — deep tissue targets muscle, Fascia Release targets the connective tissue layer, and tends to be slower and more sustained.

    Is it normal to feel emotional during or after? Yes. As the body releases physical tension, emotional release sometimes comes with it. This is held space — you're safe to feel whatever comes up.

    How do I know if I need this instead of a regular massage? If you've had massage before without lasting change, or feel like your body is holding something beyond simple tension, this is worth trying.

The entrance is at the back of the building, through the glass double doors facing the parking lot. There is parking available directly behind the Main Street Museum.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for a brief intake with your practitioner.
